ABSTRACT
The Lublin region is the area situated in-between the two rivers: the Bug and the Wisla, and between the Tanew in the south and the Krzna in the North. This area is characterised by very varied terrain and climate conditions of water circulation. In the present study the conditions of the outflow formation were discussed and characteristic parameters of the outflow level that reflect water reserves of the region were given.
