International Agrophysics is a peer-reviewed journal committed to maintaining the highest quality of published research through a rigorous refereeing process. The efforts of both the Editorial Board members and peer reviewers play a vital role in ensuring that the research published in our journal is of the highest quality.
We are very grateful to the Editorial Board members for acting as ambassadors for the journal and for encouraging the submission of valuable research.
Peer Review Process
The editorial office staff performs a formal pre-evaluation of submitted manuscripts to assess formatting, ethical considerations, plagiarism, authorship, and required permissions.
The Editor-in-Chief, along with a Section Editor invited by the Editor-in-Chief, conducts a preliminary evaluation of submitted manuscripts to assess their topic suitability, linguistic quality, originality, and innovative content.
Only manuscripts that receive a positive pre-evaluation are forwarded to the Section Editor, who assigns at least two reviewers. Reviewers may be selected from members of the Advisory Board, those suggested by the author, or other experts in the field from a country different from where the research was conducted. Based on the reviews, the Section Editor and Editor-in-Chief decide whether the manuscript will be accepted for publication, returned to the corresponding author for revision, or rejected. The revised manuscript will be reviewed by the Section Editor and, if necessary, by the original reviewers.
